you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from Neatstuff you are
welcome to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. (Please read
our return policy).
We pride ourselves in the excellent service we provide
to all our customers. When you contact or place an order with us we will
personally (as in a REAL person ) will email you a response usually within
an hour or two! We ship most all packages United States Post Office Mail,
(unless you specify otherwise) this means no matter
where you are located in the continental US you will receive your order
generally within 2 to 7 days. For fast delivery of over seas orders we
offer AIR MAIL-USPS or UPS. If the item you order is not in stock we will
let you know. We do our best to keep the Neatstuff pages current and up
to date. If the item is not marked sold out then we should have it in stock.
About our vintage items:
We pride ourselves in offering our customers a nice selection
of quality vintage toys and other assorted collectible items. Our grading
system is the same system that is standard for this industry. It is based
on the 1 through 10 condition rating system. #1 being very poor condition
and #10 being MINT or like new condition. We have been conservative
in our grading of the old items that we offer. This assures your total
satisfaction of the item upon receiving it.
Returns:
Do not discard your purchase receipt. All returns must
be accompanied by your purchase receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded
in the same method of payment as they were purchased. To Return an
item; Pack the item in a sturdy carton
with plenty of protective packing material. Seal with
strong tape.

We must first authorize returns.
1. Do not return any item without contacting us before
hand! We are not responsible for any returns with non-protective packaging.
2. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and
insured USPS mail . We will refund your returned postage when appropriate.
3. All returned items must come
back to us in the same condition that you received them in. This includes
all the original boxes, paper work and or accessories. Damaged boxes will
not be accepted. All new items must be returned with their original
paper work (Diagrams Owners Manuals etc.) and must include their
undamaged box.
4. We allow our customers 2 days to inspect their purchase,
if after this time perid has passed we can not accept it back. We do our
very best to offer all our items at the lowest price possible. All item
purchase prices are final.
5. We do our very best to provide good informative descriptions
of all our items along with nice clear images. There will be a 15% restocking
fee on all returns that are sent back for no reason such as the item is
not what you expected it to be. The descriptions on each item clearly explains
all about it along with it's size and clear pictures. No restock fees would
be charged on returns if the item is damaged and or in non-working condition
when it arrives to you.

1. We accept Master cards and Visa cards."Your card will
be billed under the name "Harlequin" Customer/Card Holder address and all
related information is verified with your issuing bank before your order
is shipped. For your security, both card companies require verification
of card number, expiration date, and billing address. Some restrictions
may apply.
1. Prepaid Orders Certified funds in the form of money
order or bank cashiers checks are recommended.
2. To Expedite Service use a bank wire transfer. Please
allow for price fluctuations. If you send a personal check as payment,
it must include your name, address and daytime phone number. NSF We charge
$15.00 for all returned personal checks. For your assurance of purchasing
with confidence from our website we offer a SSL SECURE ORDER FORM. All
credit card information is sent to us with the latest and most secure software

Layaway Plan:
Short Term Installment Plan. This option is available
for approved customers wishing to purchase items in installments. I am
happy to work with anyone who would like to purchase an item and are willing
to complete the transaction within 60 days. A minimum 50% down payment
is suggested. We do not offer the layaway plan for items under $75.00.
Shipping Methods
We recommend using United States Postal Service (USPS)
priority mail for most items. From our experience, USPS offers the best
service and insurance polices available. For large orders over 60 pounds
and over sized packages we offer United Parcel Service (UPS) their fees
for large packages are less then the US Postal Office. We also ship Federal
Express over night. These are our recommendations, however shipping preference
is your choice!
