WHAT CRYSTALS DO:
Quartz crystals are a gift from the earth. They have the ability to amplify or strengthen the things in you that are positive, and can help you put away things that cause you fear or anger. They can strengthen your ability to be a loving person, and can enhance your abilities to enjoy life and accomplish the things you want in life. They can amplify INTENTION, reduce stress, help with CENTERING (balancing or calming), strengthen HEALING abilities, and surround you with PROTECTION by amplifying white light. Any healthy quartz crystal point can strengthen these things and help produce personal growth by amplifying the subtle energies that flow inside you.

SELECTING A CRYSTAL:
To select a crystal, first put yourself in a calm space. Hold the crystal in your right hand with the point towards you. Feel it physically. Be open to sensations like TINGLING, or change in temperature. Also feel the crystal emotionally. Think of the purpose you want it for, and see if you feel attracted to it. Be more concerned with how it feels than how it looks. Allow the crystal to pick you by interacting with it in this way. And remember to go with your initial feeling. If you need a specialized type of crystal to work with, consider one of the types described below.

Crystals With Special Properties:
In addition to the general characteristics mentioned above, quartz crystals sometimes have other special attributes that enhance their power. To identify these special types of crystals, pay particular attention to the largest of the faces that slope toward the point. Does it have pyramids (triangles) on it? Count the number of edges surrounding the face. This number can be anywhere from 3 to 8, and is one of the things that determines the special characteristics of the crystal. In addition to strengthening the Inner Being as all crystals do, the crystals listed below are true teachers and provide additional special help. Most of them are relatively rare, and they should be highly treasured when one of them finds you.

ISIS CRYSTALS:
have five edges surrounding the largest sloping face. These crystals strongly amplify the feminine energy, and can help you get in touch with the 'female' or unselfish side of yourself, no matter whether you are a man or a woman. These crystals are useful in balancing your male-female energy if the female energy has been suppressed, or if you need a greater balance of female energy for any reason. Isis crystals put you in touch with the power of the Goddess. 

For men, the Isis crystal will help you become more in tune with your feminine side and to become more aware of the aspects of women that you may find troubling. 

For women, the Isis crystal will help you regain some of the power and energy that society has taken from you. Teaches that feminine is not weak. Anyone doing healing work with another person needs the Isis energy to be effective. 

The Isis crystal should be carried or held when dealing with issues that are emotional and difficult. 

Exercise: Isis crystals can be used to project nurturing energy toward another person. To do this, sit quietly with the Isis crystal in your hand with the point directed away from you. Visualize the person that you wish to help and visualize white light going from the point of the crystal and surrounding the person. 

To nurture yourself, sit with the Isis crystal in your hand with the point directed toward you. Visualize white light going from the point of the crystal and surrounding you. After doing this you should feel strong and cared for. 

CHANNELING CRYSTALS:
have seven edges surrounding the largest sloping face. These crystals are especially useful for obtaining information from deep within yourself or from sources that are outside of your normal realm. They can help you draw on the knowledge and information that is provided by the universe, and can aid you in getting help from a higher source. A channeling crystal can be used anytime you are seeking answers or help from outside of yourself. You must `listen' very carefully when using this crystal and realize that answers can come from many sources. 

Communication with Guide: A channeling crystal is a line of communication with sources outside yourself. Generally, the main source is your guide. A guide is a non-physical entity whose primary job is to look after you. Every human being has a guide. Guides are sometimes called other things, such as conscience, or angels, but they are always with us. We must learn to listen to what they have to say. Your guide will never tell you what to do, or interfere in other ways with what you want to do, but your guide is there to help you find answers for yourself. And you can use your channeling crystal to let your guide be your conscience.

A channeling crystal can only be used by the person holding it. In other words, you can't send the energy to someone else in order to let him receive the information directly. However, since guides communicate readily with each other, you can become good at getting information to people by asking your guide to give you the needed information for someone else, and then relaying it to the person. This is how you channel information for others. Channeling crystals amplify the quiet inner voice of your guide, and can be a big help in learning how to channel information, both for yourself and for others. 

Exercise: Sit quietly holding the channeling crystal in your hand and focus on or consider the problem or area that you need help with. `Listen' carefully but remember that the answer might not come immediately. Often, in the beginning you may find that you wake up some morning and seem to `know' what to do. When you are working on a problem, keep the channeling crystal with you as much as possible and keep it close at night. Sometimes that is the only time the answers can come clearly when you are just starting to open yourself.

QUARTZ CLUSTERS:
Quartz Crystal Clusters are very healing for all chakras.  Brings light into the aura bodies, promotes spiritual expansion and awareness, clears negativity on all levels, aids emotional stability, speeds healing and brings goodness on every level.  Quartz can be used to facilitate both speaking with, and receiving information from the spiritual and other worldly masters, teachers and healers. Quartz crystal plates serve to bring group energy to the surrounding environment, enhancing harmony in groups, in the family, and in other social environments.  Great to have in an office environment when business meetings are frequent.

GROUNDING CRYSTALS:
have eight edges surrounding the largest sloping face. They are quite rare and not always easily available. Grounding is the ability to deal with practical matters in a realistic way. For example, in dealing with the question `How am I going to make a living', a grounded person will consider his skills and decide how best to use those skills to make a living. An ungrounded or `spacey' person does not like to deal with the practical or realistic aspects of life. 

Grounding crystals help you deal with practical matters in a realistic way. They connect you with the earth and keep your energies from being scattered. They help you think clearly and express yourself clearly. When used in meditation they help you form a strong connection with higher knowledge, but keep you grounded so that you can apply that information in practical terms. When using a grounding crystal to work through a personal problem, remember that it will require you to look at the truth of the situation and compel you to deal with that truth. 

It is sometimes difficult to recognize times when you need this crystal because not being grounded can be a way of life for some people. These days, it is common to be a little spacey because of things going on in our world. When you are having trouble concentrating, feeling a reluctance to tackle a task that needs doing, or find yourself running in circles but accomplishing nothing, you need a grounding crystal. 

Exercise: Sit quietly holding the crystal. Visualize yourself firmly rooted to the earth. Breathe deeply and visualize the roots going deeper into the earth. Continue this exercise until you feel calm and peaceful. When you are having a `spacey' time be sure to keep your grounding crystal close to you. Some people may need to keep it with them most of the time. 

You can sometimes help another person become more grounded by sitting quietly, holding your grounding crystal, and visualizing that person being firmly rooted to the earth.

WINDOW CRYSTALS:
have a small diamond shaped face which takes the place of one of the corners where two of the parallel faces usually meet the corresponding two sloping faces. Window crystals are introspection crystals in that they help you see what is inside yourself. They help bring things to the surface so you can see them and effectively deal with them. If you are having problems and aren't sure why, a window crystal can be a good help. 

Window crystals are used for working within yourself to deal with problems and changes that must be made in your life. They are used in meditation to help you solve problems that are troubling your Inner Being. For example, if you find you are very jealous of a friend, you can use a window crystal to work within yourself to find the reason and deal with it. 

Think of a window crystal as a window into your soul. These are very personal crystals, and when one comes into your hands, it is intended to help you specifically. 

Exercise: Sit with the crystal in your hand and concentrate on whatever there is within you that needs dealing with or changing. Just sit quietly and allow your mind to go where it wants to go. If you aren't sure what changes you need to make, sit with the crystal and ask it directly to help you find the areas in your life that may be causing you problems that you are not aware of. 

This crystal can be used when trying to help someone else solve problems. If a friend comes to you to talk about a problem have him hold the window crystal while you talk. It can help him open up.

RECORD KEEPERS:
have a pyramid shaped indention or elevation that appears to be etched on one of the sloping faces. These are fairly rare, and often the pyramid will not be noticed until the crystal comes into the hands of the person it was meant to work with. Sometimes the pyramid can disappear and sometimes more pyramids show up. Each of these crystals has its own special lesson to teach, usually the lesson the person most needs to learn. Record keepers are crystals which have little triangular indentations (or raised triangles) on one or more of their faces.  These triangles are where specific information has been stored in the crystal which can be accessed bysomeone operating at the right frequency and at the right time.  Records tend to be keyed in some way to certain tasks, people, vibrations or some other mechanism so that the information is only released or accessible at that time or by particular people.

Because this information (or records) is keyed in some way, you often find that particular record keeper crystals will only work with some people. Also a previously "normal" looking crystal can spontaneously display record keepers when it comes into contact with someone  -  usually a sign that they are someone who is keyed to the crystal/information.  I've also experienced record keepers emerging on crystals that I've had for years and which I know never displayed records before.  That usually signifies that the person has reached a point in their development where they are able to access the records OR that the time has come where they need to the accessed.  The later is the more annoying bit because I've found that sometimes the time has come for the information to be accessed but not by me - so the crystal moves on.

Multiplying record keepers can signify a couple of different things.  Yes sometimes that there is a lot of information available to you.  Sometimes that it is a group crystal and there are records on there for a number of different people.  The other odd instance I found was related more to the entity/person who originally programmed the crystal who used what could best be described as an unusual indexing system for the information.  Instead of loading everything into a single record, it was categorised into separate sets of information/records.

Record keepers differ from window crystals in that window crystals help you look inside yourself to let you see the various things you need to learn, while record keepers deal with a specific lesson that you need to learn. A record keeper will often pass from your hands very quickly once the lesson is learned. 

Carry your record keeper or put it close to your bed so that it can work with you. It can also be used for meditation.  Some crystals have several special characteristics, i.e. an Isis with a Record. In this case there is a specific lesson to learn that deals with the feminine side of your energy. If you have an Isis with a window it means that you need to look inside to find the areas in your feminine side that are causing you
problems.

TWIN CRYSTALS:
have two terminations (points) at the same end, which have developed from a single base. You can tell a twin crystal from two crystals that are simply attached to each other, by the fact that both parts of a twin crystal are exactly parallel to each other, and have no boundary between them in at least a small region of the crystal. These are wonderful crystals to use when dealing with `relationship' things. They can help you gain insight into the underlying problems in a relationship, and help work through them. They can generate very positive energy towards improving a relationship. This works for any kind of relationship, not only a man-woman relationship. A twin with a rainbow can be very effectively used to project healing energy into a relationship or to keep a good relationship strong. 

When you are having a problem with a relationship sit quietly with the twin and ask for help. Remember, that answers come from many directions. 

Twins are personal crystals as one of the twins is very closely tuned to your energy, so it is not possible to use this crystal to work for others in relationship matters.

DOUBLE TERMINATED CRYSTALS:
are crystals that have points on both ends, allowing energy to flow readily in both directions. Double terminated crystals strengthen energy flow, and are especially useful when you need to share or exchange energy between you and another person. They are useful when you are working to help other people, for example in massage or counselling, where energy needs to flow in both directions. In these situations, energy flows toward you when you tune in to a person to find out what that person needs, and energy flows from you when you give the person the needed healing energy. Double terminated crystals are very important to people doing healing work for themselves or others. They also help teach sharing through energy exchange. 

Exercise: If you are feeling out of balance with the world, sit quietly and hold the double terminated crystal in your right hand. Visualize white light flowing into the first point, through the crystal and out the other point directly into your body. 

If working with someone else, visualize energy flowing into you through the top of your head, down your arm, through the crystal, and into the other person. This can be done while you are with the person or it can work from a distance. 

If you have children, try using this crystal to send positive energy to the child when the child is upset or angry. It can have a very calming effect on both of you.

CRYSTALS WITH BABIES:
are crystals that have tiny crystals growing inside a larger crystal. These are very good for people who have had traumatic childhoods, physically or emotionally. They are helpful for people who are blocking painful memories. They help bring the cause of the pain to the surface and allow the person to successfully deal with it, while shielding that person from the pain those memories can cause. These crystals work well for people who are working through current family problems. 

Work slowly with this type of crystal, so that things can be cleared at your own pace. You may not feel inclined to work with it at all in the beginning. Don't force yourself. When you are ready, you will find yourself drawn to that particular crystal. You may have this crystal for years before you use it. 

Also, sometimes crystals come to you so that they can go to someone else. For example, someone might receive a crystal with babies, have it for some time and not be drawn to it at all. Suddenly they will have an urge to pass it on to someone else. 

You can use this crystal in meditation or just keep it close to you. Just be prepared to deal with whatever comes up. Try to have some sort of support around you if you are going to work with this crystal.

TRIGGER CRYSTALS:
have a smaller crystal growing out from them. This `trigger' can be gently squeezed to activate the power of the crystal and strengthen its attributes. These are just used for a surge of a particular kind of energy.

SELF-HEALED & PHANTOM CRYSTALS:
A self-healed crystal is one that has been broken off and damaged quite badly, but then begins to grow again. A phantom is a crystal that has had some impurity drop on it during growth, but then continues to grow right around the impurity. Either of these types of crystal can help you heal from being hurt, heal from emotional injuries. These are important crystals that will usually come into your life at a time when you are carrying a lot of pain. Just sitting with this crystal will help you deal with the pain effectively. 

SCEPTOR:
Recognized as a naturally formed crystal which at the base is penetrated by a rod; in actuality, the crystal formed around the rod.  The sceptor crystal brings the spirituality of the higher planes into the healing ceremonies and focuses the energy deep within the "heart" of the matter.  It is an excellent configuration for transmission of directional energy. 

RUTILATED QUARTZ:
Rutilated Quartz is a variety of Quartz crystal that contains small needles of Rutile trapped inside.  For you scientific types the needles are actually Titanium Dioxide crystals.  Rutile intensifies the healing power of Quartz.  It assists you by magnifying all positive energy entering your aura system, it clears negative energy and energy blockages. Some healers use it as a way of getting to the root of an ailment, providing answers for the appropriate treatment.  Others have used it for astral travel to provide insight on why certain locations are visited.  It does this by providing you with awareness.  I highly recommend Rutilated Quartz for its beauty as well as healing properties.   It has been known to represent both the lovely hair of Venus and the "sweet" tipped arrows of love.  It has been likened to the appearance of wheat straw and angel hair. 

FADEN QUARTZ CRYSTALS:
ALL chakras.  This crystal is used for astral travel and to help us understand the lessons to be learned in this incarnation. Promotes physical, mental, and emotional stability. This crystal is good for seeking out information important to our growth. It can be used to promote mental and emotional healing and wonderful for centering oneself.  Some like to use the Faden crystal to cleanse and stimulate the aura.  I feel this is an important crystalline healing tool for us all! 
 

CHLORITE PHANTOM CRYSTAL:
The green chlorite in these crystals help to amplify the healing nature of quartz.  Green has long been thought of as healing on all levels.  Some say that this combination is one of the most powerful in the mineral kingdom.  I like to use this crystal to promote a deep meditation, by gazing at the chlorite phantom I feel at ease and protected, this allows me to skip into the meditative state more easily.  Some like to use this crystal with the heart chakra, I would like to suggest to use the heart chakras corresponding color pink to promote a balance in this chakra.  Rose quartz is a great choice.  These are very unique crystals from Brazil. 
 

ELESTIAL CRYSTAL:
The Elestial Crystal is recognized by natural terminations over the body and face of an etched and/or layered crystal. Used to assist one in overcoming emotional burdens, to bring the heart and intellect into synchronicity, and to help one look within and to find the love that has always been there.

JAPAN LAW TWIN CRYSTAL:
Has been used to stimulate the synthesis of the perfection of the subtle bodies to the state of the physical body.  Also used to dissipate and to transmute deviations, working out problems on both the physical and subtle levels.  Excellent for clearing the aura and for aligning the auric body with the physical structure.  Stabilizes emotions, to dispel anger, and to encourage one to "expect a miracle" among other qualities.

PYRITE INCLUDED QUARTZ:
Iron Pyrite included quartz crystals were used as amulets by the North American Indians who believe in the magical powers of this protective crystal. Iron Pyrite is a very protective stone on all levels. Should be carried when performing dangerous work. Pyrite is also a mental stone, used to stimulate the powers of the intellect.  The pyrite crystal inside is amplified by the energy of the Quartz Crystal.  Powerful!

CHANDELIER QUARTZ:
New configuration of quartz from Brazil, the unusual feature of this crystal is the tiny diamond shaped facets around the termination (tip) of the crystal.  These tiny facets resemble crystals, which dangle from a chandelier, thus its name.  Another interesting feature of these crystals are the multiple indentations or tiny groups of indentations which are pronounced on certain crystal faces. 

Some ideas of the metaphysical properties include:
The many facets may represent the many facets and dimensions of the human experience.  Possibly, the many choices, paths and ideas we possess.  The brilliance and flash of each facet sets us into ‘moments’.  Each flicker is a moment either in the past or maybe even the future.  Some facets appear rounded while others are straight and linear.  The roundish facets represent our emotional body; the linear ones represent the mental body.

Chandelier crystals are bringers of light.  Enhances ones own light.  Allows discovery of our Inner Light and what it means to us.  These crystals are now showing up because of the new millenium, we are finally ready to explore our inner selves and to discover the spirit we each possess.  This crystal will bring back our memory that we are all spirit, all one God.  It doesn’t matter what name you call this higher force, it is simply that you believe.  You can ask for guidance and even pray with your entire being.  The next step is to let go and surrender, the Chandelier crystal realizes that once we surrender our needs to the higher force, that we will receive what we need.  This unique crystal holds the one simple truth. 

It is also about limits.  We all have limits, which we many not want to acknowledge; it is very hard for us to understand that we have these limits for a reason.  We man not be ready to take the next step, no matter how much we think or feel we are.  When we face the reality that we have these limits for a reason and then surrender it all to the universe, the next step automatically happens for us.  Chandelier quartz allows us to see these limits as they truly are in realty and to accept them for what they are.  This does not mean that you should give up your goal or quit trying, it just means that we need to acknowledge them.

It is about thinking and feeling. -----Mental and emotional.  Acknowledge the feeling behind the thought.  A good crystal to use if you have trouble feeling and expressing your emotions.  Allows one to come out of denial into the light.  Helps one to get through the doubts and scary part of feeling the emotions.

Allows for communication with deva’s, animals and beings.  Brings to us our totem animal, the discovery of our sacred totem.

The tiny indentations, which occur in groupings on particular faces, represent wisdom.  I like to think of these markings as scars which each of us exhibit.  It shows strength, tenacity, and survival.  Wisdom- with age comes wisdom.

Another odd energy this crystal exhibits is its ability to appear colorless and then smoky gray depending on the light and how you look at them.   The smoky grey color is very unusual for it is hardly there.  Very strange.  Maybe this grey color is actually silver and represents the silver cord to the divine.  If so, it would allow us to communicate with other souls that are not worldly in nature.

The Dow Crystals serve an even greater purpose than the combined effects of channeling and transmitting, which can be discovered when more attention is given to the numerological and geometric significance The faces comprising the termination of a Dow crystal are all seven-sided or triangular. The number seven is symbolic of the ultimate inner truth that is attained when the seeker looks within the inner sanctums of the self. The three represents the trinity and the expression and manifestation of that inner truth. When adding the three seven-sided faces with the three triangles, the sum of thirty is reached (7X3 plus 3X3). Thirty is a three with a circle after it, which in numerology can be further reduced to one single three. Thirty signifies the trinity in the constant motion of a circle. The circle contains within it everything that comes into being in the cycle of creation; the totality of expression, from alpha to omega, from life into death and rebirth. The sum thirty pertains directly to the wheel of life in all of its varied aspects. What this means in relationship to working with the Dow Crystal is that all facets of ones being and life can be positively affected. By reducing the number thirty to a three, all relationships pertaining to 'a trinity' are influenced by the Dow. This could relate to body, heart and mind, or conscious, subconscious and superconscious, or to the lower chakras, upper chakras and transpersonal chakras.

Of all of the quartz crystals, the Dow manifests the most perfect geometry. The symmetrical patterning of the Dow Crystal is unique among all crystalline forms. It has translated the reality of spiritual perfection into material form in the angles comprising the faces. Recognizing the perfection in the mineral kingdom through the Dow, helps us to entertain the possibility that we can also physically manifest that state of integrity, unity, balance and order. The Dow also makes another statement. It transmits the message that before we can manifest that divinity (the triangles) we must first access our own inner truth (the septagons). However, there is a basic limited concept ingrained into our beings that first must be reprogrammed. This age old program dates back to the time when the Roman Catholic Church first canonized the Bible. Extracting from the original documents regarding the life of Jesus the Christ, only fragmented information survived; that which best suited the ambitions of the church. Excluded from the teachings was such valuable information as that on reincarnation and the fact that we are all candidates for Christhood. 

WORKING WITH DOW CRYSTALS.

Even though you find a Dow Crystal with the faces alternating from septagons to triangles, some Dows will be pre-dominately Channeling Crystals with one of the seven-sided faces being extra large. Some of them will have prevailing Transmitter Crystal properties, with a larger triangle sided by two large septagons, while the rest of the faces are smaller. When practicing the following exercises and meditations it is most effective to use Dow Crystals that have even sided symmetrical faces. In other words, it would be best to use crystals where all of the seven-sided faces are of equal size and all of the triangles are in the same proportion.

The Dow Crystal is an excellent meditation companion which can be held in the left hand during internalized quiet time to transmit into the consciousness Christ-like impressions. If one is lying down, the Dow can be placed above the top the the head in the Soul Star area, with the termination pointing towards the body, to integrate the Christ light into the consciousness. Because the Dow maintains the pattern of perfection through its flawless geometry, it is extremely useful to use this master crystal when in the process of consciously reprogramming our minds. It can be used in conjunction with Kyanite at the Causal Chakra to assure that the newly formed thoughts and concepts maintain the integrity of Christ-like purity. The Dow Crystal can also be placed at any of the chakra centers, from the crown down to the base, to transmit that standard of excellence into the individual characteristics of each energy center.

Holding the immaculate perfection of the pattern of light, the Dow Crystal can be a tremendous aid in healing the heart chakra. So much of the pain stored at the heart and solar plexus can be transmuted if we can have but one experience of divine love. When we do, a deep inner knowing is seeded in the heart out of which blossoms acceptance and understanding of the divine plan. Experiencing the Divine Essence in our hearts, even for a brief moment, lays the foundation upon which unconditional love can be built. The Dow Crystal is like a mirror that reflects perfection. It can be used in crystal healings at the heart and solar plexus areas to give the feeling nature of the heart chakra a new pattern to model itself after.

Often times, so much of the pain that we feel originates outside of ourselves as we overly identify with the sufferings of others and the woes of the world. The Dow Crystal is a powerful companion to use while consciously divorcing ourselves from the pain of others. This does not mean that we will lose concern, but rather that the external pain of others will not be claimed as our own. This is a necessary step in the process of The Crystalline Transmission. If we truly recognize our perfection and live in accordance with the laws of love, there will be no room for fear, anger, and pain. It is true that pain is a great teacher, but at some point the lessons are learned and it is time to graduate to a higher level of realization. Ultimately pain teaches us that we can, in fact, live without it. Through dedicated work with the Dow Crystal, understanding evolves that enables us to know that essentially everything exists in a state of perfeaion. This knowing changes the reality of pain and a shift in awareness occurs that alters our relationship to suffering. The Dow Crystal assists us in identifying with and becoming the perfection instead of living with the pain.

Malachite is a powerful stone to work with in conjunction with the Dow Crystal during this process. (see Malachite, Crystal Enlightenment, Vol. I, pages 142-146). Malachite is a stone that has the capacity to surface suppressed feelings from the solar plexus area. In that way it is a stone of movement. In order to change and come into alignment with that which is eternally true, there has to be movement. When separating your pain from others, Malachite will stir the pot, so to speak, so that you can discern what is yours and what is not. When used together in crystal healings, the random motion of e-motions catalyzed by Malachite, is brought into perfect order by the Dow. Four small Dow generators can surround a Malachite stone at the solar plexus, or once the e-motions surface, Malachite can be removed and replaced with the Dow Crystal. After the crystal healing, the recipient can stand up while the healer moves the Dow Crystal through the aura, from the Soul Star to the bottom of the feet. In this way the energy field is imprinted with the pattern of perfection. This is an exercise that need not be limited to crystal healings. It can be practiced with another person whenever the need arises to create a greater sense of harmony and order.

BRIDGE also called INNER CHILD:
A large crystal with a smaller crystal(s) which penetrates and is located partially in, and partially out of the larger crystal. It facilitates bridging between the inner and outer worlds, between the self and others, and the self and other worlds. It is beneficial when working with the aspects of spirituality, the advanced metaphysical areas, and attempting to share this knowledge with others.*  Bridge crystals are also called "Inner Child" crystals.   They can help you heal and get in touch with your inner child (bridges the gap between your outer self and your inner self).

LINEATED:
Configured to show the presence of a parallel raised or indented rectilinear structure on the face or sides of the crystal; not etched, but caused by the growth against another pattern configuration. BARNACLE
Crystals cover:ed or partially covered with smaller crystals. The larger crystal is the "Old Soul" and contains the wisdom and trust which attracts the smaller crystals. Used in meditation to provide insights to family and/or community problems. Also excellent for those employed in "service organizations" to help stimulate a group cohesiveness and willingness to work together.* By Genn John.

MANIFESTATION:
The Manifestation crystal is recognized by a small crystal totally enclosed within a larger crystal, and they are very rare.  The use of the manifestation crystal requires the inner knowledge that one is a clear and perfect channel, that a pure white light provides the guiding way, and that the purity of the Divine is within the inner self.  They can also be used to facilitate artistic creativity, creative thinking, agricultural pursuits, and to increase or decrease any aspect of ones life.* By Genn John.

RAINBOW CRYSTALS:
have a rainbow reflected from within the crystal. Usually they are best viewed in sunlight. These crystals are especially good as meditation crystals for working deep within the subconscious. They work particularly well to lighten the mood for people experiencing sadness, grief or depression. Just holding a rainbow crystal can lighten your mood. Rainbow crystals are also very good at drawing negativity from a room or a situation. Always cleanse a crystal that has been used to clear negativity by letting it sit in the sunshine for a while. 

Exercise: Rainbow crystals bring joy into your life. If you are sad or depressed sit and meditate on the rainbow. It can help lighten your mood. If working with another, let him hold the crystal if he is with you. If he is not with you, hold the rainbow and visualize white light leaving the rainbow and going to him. 

SACRED SIGIL CRYSTALS:
The "Sigil" crystal is recognized by the strange raised and inverted "etching on the face of the crystal, these etching are called "SACRED SIGILS". The simplest definition of a sigil is a drawing that is meant to represent an idea.  For example, if you saw this symbol "%", in your mind you would say the word, "percent", even if it had no words on it. If you saw this symbol "$"...you would think of money. That's basically what a sigil is. The Sigil Crystals have a story to tell us about accessing our personal power, and as we read the message within the Sigil markings, we are empowered with the vibration of that "Sigil". To De-code your Sigil crystal...first break the etching down into basic geometric shapes, are there squares, triangles, circles, lightening bolts, or mountain ranges etched onto face of the crystal? This will tell you where and with what force of energy your Sigil crystal was empowered....the sequence of simple geometric forms, repeated over the face of the crystal, is part of the "Great Flame of Life". This "flame of Life" takes the form of a sacred spiral vortex within the SIGIL crystal....If your Sigil is composed of different geometric shapes, you would first select one, like the Square, which represents the Earth, then the Triangle, which represents the "Divine energy from above", then the Lightening bolt, which represents the powerful energy sent from above to the Earth. With this "SIGIL" you are empowered with the energy of heaven and Earth and may find your personal energy is equally strong when drawn from the celestial Sky, the Earth or the energy of natures Storms. If there is only one shape, such as a Mountain range on your Sigil crystal, this stone was programmed with the energy of an ancient Mountain range and you will find you and your "Sigil" crystal are most energetic and strong when you are walking or meditating in the Mountains. Most people are subconsciously drawn to the Sigil crystal that works with their natural energies. These are powerful crystals being manifested at this time on our Planet. They are to be used with Wisdom and Compassion to bring healing to the Earth and her inhabitants. The Keepers of these special crystals are entrusted with a great responsibility, their cosmic awareness and personal energy levels are amplified, awakening healing energies within them they may or may not have previously been aware of, or to what degree they possessed this energy.
