Numerology- Tanzanite vibrates to the number 2.
Gemological Properties- Tanzanite also known as blue zoisite, is a calcium aluminum silicate mineral with a hardness of 6.5 to 7. Orthorhombic crystal system. naturally occurring crystals are usually a golden to a brownish yellow color, when heated to around 900 degrees F. they crystals turn to a vivid blue or blue-violet.
Tiger iron is about actualisation - the capacity to realise potential and possibilities. It is remarkably grounded as a stone - holding the energy clearly in the moment and fully focussed - perhaps why it occurs uniquely in this "down to earth" country of ours.
It helps us recognise what needs to be done, particularly in practical matters and then just get it done. It also works at bridging the base, 2nd and 3rd chakras to make more energy available and accessible for getting these things done. Sometimes the things that we "need to do" are not that pleasurable and whilst Tiger Iron doesn't miraculously make them fun, it does give us the tenacity, focus and energy to "get on with it" and move through them onto things that are more enjoyable.
Tiger Iron is also a remarkable stone of protection, at a very practical level. It encompasses the capacity of hematite to reflect negative energy, the watchfulness of danger of the Tiger Eye and "blood oath" loyal protection of the Red Jasper. Together they protect us - from danger and importantly from our own procrastination.
This rare and unusual variety of Thulite displays three colors; Pink which is about unconditional love, self love, receiving and giving love and compassion. Learning to love in a more positive way. Green which about growth and is very healing. And black which is a very grounding energy. (It is very unusual to find this color combination occurring naturally).
Thulite is helping us to relearn what we have forgotten, teaches us to understand pain and suffering of abuse, mainly of love and how to change it. You could say it is a new beginning in the way you view, feel and relate to love! Thulite helps us to have love and compassion for the plant, mineral and animal kingdoms, it is a stone of harmony and compassion bringing community together for the greatest good. It is wonderful for teaching children to love in both mind and spirit. Love and beauty and the capacity to create and express it. 4th ray; harmony through conflict.
Physically Thulite heals issues dealing with the heart area, heart disease, and lung issues. Benefits asthma and bronchitis in children. It does this through emotional healing, comfort and support.
Numerology- Thulite vibrates to the number 5. The freedom to understand love and compassion while taking it to the next level.
Gemological Properties-
Thulite is a naturally occurring stone which is also from a metamorphic
formation deposit in Eastern Washington State, USA. Thulite, the pink variety
of Zoisite, a calcium aluminum silicate, occurs in lenses 3 feet across
in a hornblende gneiss. Thulite has been found at other localities, namely
Norway, but tends to be more of a rusty reddish color in appearance. This
Thulite tends to be a finer mineral than the Norwegian variety, it is not
as harsh or coarse either physically or energetically. The Hardness is
a 6.5.
Numerology- Vibrates to the number 4. Structure and hard work.
Gemological Properties-
Tigers Eye is in the Quartz family of minerals. It is a variety of
Quartz in which the quartz has replaced crocidolite (a form of asbestos)
without disturbing the original fibrous structure of the crocidolite.
Hawks eye is also in this same quartz family of minerals, but instead of
being the brownish yellow to brownish red variety, it is grayish blue in
color.
Numerology- Vibrates to the number 7.

Gemological Properties- Tektites are still poorly understood. They are irregularly- and at times intricately-shaped nodules and blobs of a glassy substance. They have no crystal structure, and are therefore similar to obsidian, but are not associated with volcanic processes. Their chemistry is unique and unexplained.
The leading theory concerning their origin is the "Meteorite Impact Theory". It is postulated that many odd events occur during a meteor's impact because of the tremendous heat and pressure produced. Tektites may be fused glass that formed during an impact of a meteor with layers of rock on the Earth's surface. Tektites occur in broad bands in specific localities in different parts of the world. These bands produce characteristically similar tektites and are sometimes loosely associated with meteorite craters or suspected craters. Could these fields represent splash material from an impact? Many believe so and this idea is gaining acceptance from many scientists. The odd and diverse chemistry of the tektites could be a result of unique meteorites hitting unique rock types with the combinations producing particular effects.
Some tektites, called Moldavites, are especially
prized for their clarity and unique green color. Moldavites are found in
a "splash field" centered around Moldavia in former Czechoslovakia and
are believed to have come from a meteorite crater in Germany. Moldavites
are sometimes cut as gemstones or put into jewelry as natural uncut pieces
to show off their often eerie and beautifully intricate shapes. Color is
black or green, Luster is vitreous to dull. Transparency: Gemmy tektites
are transparent to translucent, but most are nearly opaque. Crystal System
does not apply because tektites are amorphous. Habits are usually small
nodules or splinters that vary from simple rounded shapes to very intricate
natural carvings. Hardness is 5 - 6. Specific Gravity is approximately
2.5 (somewhat light). Notable Occurrences include Moldavia region
of Eastern Europe; Thailand and southeast Asia; Australia and Georgia,
USA.
Golden Topaz is highly energizing and warming. It is used to stimulate the intellect; it aids abstract thinking and creativity from the mental level to concrete physical form. It is a stone of trust and protection; it draws out negativity, exhaustion, and tension. Place a Golden Topaz in your home to protect against break-ins and fire. Physically, Golden Topaz is said to increase blood circulation, aids liver and kidney diseases, and is for sexual dysfunction. It is also said to relieve the pain associated with disorders of the liver, gall bladder and endocrine glands.
Topaz is a common gemstone that has been used for centuries as jewelry. The stone is one of the hardest minerals, and is the hardest silicate mineral found in nature. A silicate of aluminum, topaz contains about 20 percent water and fluorine. The relative proportions of these impurities are responsible for the color of the stones. Crystals with more water are yellow to brown, while those with more fluorine are typically blue or colorless. The most popular color is a rich orange-yellow, resembling the color of sherry wine.
The ancient Greeks believed that the fiery crystal had the power to increase a person's strength and make its wearer invisible in times of emergency. Topaz was also said to change color in the presence of poisoned food or drink. The gem's mystical curative powers waxed and waned with the phases of the moon. When the powdered stone was mixed with wine, it was considered a cure for asthma, insomnia, burns and hemorrhages.
Some scholars trace the origin of the word topaz to the ancient Sanskrit word for fire, or tapas, a reference to its fiery orange color. These colors can change when exposed to sunlight and/or heat. Brown topaz can be bleached by sunlight and yellow topaz turns pink to purple-red when exposed to moderate heat. The latter phenomenon was discovered in 1750 by a Parisian jeweler who used it to create the first artificial pink topaz. Nearly all the pink topaz sold as jewelry has been heat-treated. "Burnt topaz" is often known as Brazilian ruby, as is the very rare, natural red topaz. Topaz occurs often in deposits of granite associated with other minerals, but it is also commonly found as rounded pellets in alluvial deposits (e.g., river beds, gravel), the result of being worn down by water and sand for thousands of years. The most notable occurrences are in Minas Gerias, Brazil; Pakistan; San Diego Co, California; the Ural Mountains, Russia; Mexico; and the Thomas Range, Utah.
Many gem scholars agree that the tradition of birthstones arose from the Breastplate of Aaron described in the Bible (Exodus 28, 15-30)
Numerology- Vibrates to the number 9.
Gemological Properties-Topaz
is a mineral species from the orthorhombic crystal system. The chemical
composition is Al2(F,OH)2SiO4. Topaz occurs in the colors yellow,
orange, brown, pink to red to purple-red, light to dark blue, light green,
and colorless. It is a transparent gemstone which you usually see faceted.
The refractive index is 1.619-1.627 and the specific gravity is 3.53.
Many of the faceted gemstones you see on the market are enhanced through
heat or irradiation. This improves the color and appearance of each
stone, thus commanding a higher price per carat. This stone is fairly
hard being a 8 on the Moe’s Scale of Hardness. Topaz is fairly abundant;
the main producers are Brazil, Nigeria, and Burma.
